This stained glass painting is based on an original aboriginal picture useing clear float glass the outlines are painted in a matt black then i added the browns and yellows to give effect, the frame i made from old timber and carved it with aboriginal art.

This is great Gary! It just goes to show what you can do with float glass. You've really captured the spirit of aboriginal art. I like the fact that you haven't completely covered the glass with glass paint, but left some clear - it adds to the dreamlike atmosphere. I also love the frame. I always think how you hang or display work is of equal importance as the glass, and this really adds to it. Thanks for putting it on Everything Stained Glass.
